We visit top universities, B-schools and Engineering colleges to identify and attract most talented students. Students are recruited as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET's) and Management Trainees (MT's) for a period of one year and undergo intensive training.

We visit Poly Techniques / Institutes for recruitment of Diploma holders in engineering for Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) training scheme for a period of two - four years.
Summer Trainees
Summer training takes place for a period of 2 months. Students from B-schools and Engineering colleges learn and work on projects in different departments.
